- 24 hours' notice
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late cancellations & missed appointments
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a charge of 50% of the booked service.
- Outstanding balances
- Any outstanding balance must be settled before booking a new appointment.
