Yes — message us on WhatsApp and we'll book it manually. Setmore is faster for most guests, but we're happy to book you either way.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations, late rescheduling, and missed appointments are subject to a 50% service fee.

Yes — Setmore sends a confirmation email at booking and a reminder before your appointment.

Which artist will I see?

You're welcome to request a preferred technician when booking. Otherwise, Soul assigns the best-available artist for your service so we can offer you the earliest possible appointment.
